Returning a Defective Item
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made via our online RMA request form (see form below) within 5 days of receiving your order.
NOTE: If it has been longer than five days and you notice a damaged bag we can no longer help you and you must contact the manufacturer Everest Trading Corp directly regarding their lifetime warranty. All returns are solely at our discretion and may require a 15% restocking fee.

Returning a Non-Defective Item
Items cannot be returned to us that are NOT defective for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering wrong size or color, etc, and will not be refunded. Bulk and discount orders are final. Returned items are subject to a restocking and handling fee per item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Actual shipping cost of an order will not be refunded. All returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Exchanging Item
If you would like to exchange an item you must fill out the form below within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you have filled out the form below we will send you a RMA number and return instructions. We cannot send out the new bag for exchange until we have received the original item of purchase. Items that are returned for an exchange will be charged or credited the difference plus shipping and $5.00 for handling.
There is NO refund on custom orders including orders that have had embroidery or screen printing.
NOTE: You must have a valid RMA # before you return or exchange anything with us. Items returned to us without authorization may not be refunded.
